For the emails that aren't the same, you can capture them anyway by sending your email subscribers to your website, pixeling them there, and then retargeting. Send an email blast to their work emails with a call to action that says they should visit a specific page. Have the pixel set up on that specific page. That pixel should then capture them for retargeting audience.
Alternatively, you can always serve them web ads through Adroll's CRM retargeting feature. If you really want to retarget on Facebook, send your list an email with a link to your website like /product/?source=email and place a Facebook pixel on that page plus create an audience. I guess, Adroll makes things simpler.
