You can see if they're on Offer Vault. Usually, they'll give you conversion numbers (like % of sales out of all the leads/traffic). Then you can average out their funnel total, and get a rough estimate. But generally speaking, usually, if they don't directly reveal it somewhere (which beware, people tell fibs), we don't know of a tool that can collect that information for you.
Typically though if a company is spending a lot on ads and their position is high on the ad spots, then their offer usually converts well.
