MIKE: It depends on what you want to use the CRM for. One thing I can tell you is if you are currently not upselling people after they purchase, you are leaving a lot of money on the table. You should also be offering people subscriptions for certain products that need to be renewed monthly. If what you're already using empowers you do all that, you wouldn't need a CRM. A CRM allows you to track the activity of your users, within your marketing funnel.
