I've been reading about "toxic backlinks" and its impact on search. Do you have a recommendation for an effective tool to evaluate toxic links and remove them?

There aren't any effective free tools out there, but there is a great paid tool by MOZ called Remove'em.  You can check pricing and options here. Neil highly recommends this tool and believes it's definitely worth the investment if you're worried about spammy or toxic backlinks.
