We get what you are saying, but we think you're looking at it the wrong way.
We can agree that everyone wants to make more money right?
We can also agree that not everyone wants to feel like they are being "pitched."
With that said, you are doing a disservice to your prospects if you KNOW that you can increase their conversions and make them more money, but choose NOT to offer your help.
The structure of the strategy session should be "Hey, here is some free advice and if you use it, your business should benefit from it. Also, if you a) don't want to do it yourself, or b) want help from someone who has a ton of experience, I am happy to help you out as well."
CRO is not a 1 time thing. It's ongoing. Neil and Mike still do it on all of their websites. So if you give them a piece of advice on the phone, that only helps with "one, or maybe a few things."
But if people want to do CRO properly, they should be doing it every single month, and that's where you come in if they want your help.
To help you with this, we cover tactics for low-pressure, relationship-based consultative selling techniques in Module 19.
