If you aren't able to fill those out you can skip ahead for now–a lot of people don’t have those numbers. You can start by getting your target market and competitor insight data, and seeing what they are charging in your industry. From there you can decide what you want to charge for your offers/products.
You can also send surveys, or email/call your past leads and customers to get some of these types of questions answered for you. If you have a customer base, you can also look at your "customer service" emails and try to answer it from what they've told you. This would be the best way to fill out the questionnaires without worrying about "guessing".
