I don't understand how my company/brand can have a bigger contribution in the world. It's a very general, cut-and-dry, kind of business. What should I do?

Not every [your niche] company is the same.

Each business has a unique focus, wanting particular types of transactions and clients.

You have to think about what makes your company unique and how you can help people specifically with YOUR solutions.

For example, Neil started AMP because he was getting thousands of emails every week asking for advice on how to properly scale a small business into something bigger.  He saw that the only people who offered any kind of insight into how to do this were either failures at creating a business that scaled (they say if you can't do, teach), businesses that just made info products without experience doing the thing that was taught in the info product, or low-grade scam artists that like to call themselves internet marketers.

For him, creating products like AMP, and writing 100% free in-depth blogs about things people need help with, is his bigger contribution in the world.  He wants to reduce the number of companies that fail (right now it's 85% of businesses!).

Hope that helps you get a jump start, and of course feel free to discuss this with our awesome Facebook group–everyone is super helpful and has great insight to share.
